As a Sales Executive, you will own and grow Atos’s assigned DUO framework business, build trusted client relationships, and lead opportunities from early qualification through call-off and delivery handover.
Responsibilities
- Own the commercial relationship for assigned DUO and education-related framework contracts.
- Build an outside-in account view based on client priorities, procurement signals, regulation, service risks, and technology shifts.
- Qualify demand by clarifying the client problem, expected outcome, decision process, budget, timing, and delivery feasibility.
- Lead mini-competitions, call-offs, proposals, pricing, negotiations, renewals, and account growth.
- Shape responses with Atos and Eviden experts, nearshore teams, subcontractors, and specialist partners.
- Coordinate sales, delivery, bid, resource, and pricing teams to ensure commitments are commercially sound and deliverable.
- Manage pipeline, forecast, hit rate, margin, and opportunity data accurately in Salesforce.
- Protect client trust through disciplined communication, compliance, and dependable follow-through.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in professional services, IT staffing, framework sales, or managed capacity.
- Experience with complex procurement and competitive framework responses.
- Commercial ownership of pipeline, order entry, hit rate, margin, and forecasting.
- Consultative selling skills and the ability to build trusted relationships while creating new demand.
- Calm execution under short deadlines, with close attention to detail and compliance.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, and based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate.
Useful experience
- Experience with DUO, education, central government, or another regulated sector.
- Exposure to application modernisation, Data & AI, digital sovereignty, or cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with public-sector call-offs, mini-competitions, and renewals.
