Who You’ll Work With

The Sales Director Sportswear Specialty/Energy will be part of the EMEA Sales organization and report to the Sr. Sales Director, Nike Sportswear. Key stakeholders include the GM of Nike Energy EMEA, peers in the Nike Sportswear Sales organization, Country and Account Sales Leaders, Account Executives, Nike Sportswear and Energy merchandising teams, Planning teams, and Supply Chain Executives. One Sales Lead will report directly to this role.

Who We Are Looking For

  • A strong track record of building and executing commercial strategies across categories, regions, or accounts.
  • Ability to translate a global or geographic strategy into a channel- and market-specific, consumer-centric strategy.
  • A proven record of growing long-term revenue through product introduction, differentiation and diversification, assortment elevation, and commercial expansion.
  • Strong multi-level and cross-functional stakeholder management skills, internally and externally.
  • Experience in and a strong interest in sneaker culture, streetwear, and fashion.
  • Understanding of product journeys, new idea incubation, and how these contribute to longer-term scaled success.

What You’ll Work On

As part of the EMEA NSW Sales team, you will work with leaders, peers, cross-functional collaborators, account representatives, and regional representatives to develop and accelerate the Nike Sportswear Specialty & Energy business. The portfolio serves consumers through more than 50 retail partners in EMEA across sneaker culture, heritage, and high-end fashion destinations.

  • Translate global or geographic strategic direction into Sportswear Specialty channel-specific multi-year and seasonal strategies, and lead implementation and execution.
  • Create channel-, market-, and account-specific differentiation, elevate retail experiences, and advise on channel and partner expansion.
  • Create a commercial operating model for the channel, integrate the Energy offense into broader organizational processes, and redefine interaction rhythms with key retail partners.
  • Lead seasonal internal go-to-market planning and execution for channel readiness and inspiration.
  • Drive go-to-market processes for top retail partners by collaborating with account leaders and presenting at seasonal kick-off meetings.
  • Set and help achieve Strategic Account and Country commercial targets tied to overall Nike Sportswear targets.
  • Engage retail partners through go-to-market processes and operating models, including Nike-organized summits, meetings, and industry moments such as fashion weeks.
  • Manage and develop the Sales Lead reporting to this role, and invest in developing other organizational talent.
