• Experience working in a sport or fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment
• Previous retail or stockroom operations experience is a plus
• Ability to maintain an easy-to-shop environment by consistently executing visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
• Effective customer service and sales skills
• A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to help on the shop floor
• Attention to detail, strong organization and the ability to work independently

Your activities

• Maintain high merchandising and housekeeping standards, process incoming deliveries and replenish sales floors within areas of responsibility
• Assist with regular stock counts and inventory checks
• Act as a brand ambassador by connecting with, engaging and inspiring customers in line with adidas values
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting daily operations and achieving store goals as a team
• Take ownership of your learning by completing applicable training and applying it effectively on the shop floor
