Job description
You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Dubai as a GMD Sales Assistant and be part of the sales team.
Your concrete missions will include:
- Strategy and Business Development: Design tailored financial solutions for clients, working closely with sales, trading and risk management teams; contribute to new product development by monitoring market trends and regulatory changes; support and train sales teams on products and pricing tools; report regularly to management and contribute to cross-functional projects.
- Managing and Reporting: Report to the Structurer, MEA, and provide management with ad hoc reporting when required, including NBI, local commercial performance and sensitive files.
- Risk: Adhere to CA-CIB policies; identify risks arising from transactions; seek validation from Trading, CPL or LGL where relevant; consider compliance and reputational risks when designing client solutions; and ensure solutions meet client objectives.
- Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities: Comply with applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements; complete mandatory training; report fraud or financial crime risks to the compliance officer; and maintain the skills and certifications required for the role.
VIE eligibility
- Be less than 28 years old.
- Hold a postgraduate Master's degree.
- Be an EU citizen.

Requirements
- Academic background in finance engineering, quantitative finance or structuring.
- Experience in a dealing room.
- Structuring skills, including pricing, writing term sheets, product design and execution.
- Good understanding of financial instruments.
- Mathematical aptitude and IT literacy, including spreadsheets, VBA and coding.
- Motivation, teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Bloomberg, MS Office and Reuters.
- Very good level of English.
