Sales Assistant 25h (w/w/d)

As a Sales Assistant at adidas in Neumünster, you contribute to achieving or exceeding sales and KPI targets by building emotional connections with customers, representing the brand, selling products and carrying out store operations conscientiously.

Responsibilities

• Work actively toward store and individual targets.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations and increase sales and brand awareness through the customer service concept.
• Build emotional connections with customers as a passionate and enthusiastic brand ambassador.
• Use knowledge of seasonal products in customer service.
• Maintain an appealing, pleasant, orderly and clean store environment, including visual merchandising.
• Follow store rules and procedures and maintain a safe shopping and working environment.
• Help receive deliveries and replenish the sales floor.
• Minimize losses by monitoring stock while serving customers.
• Support onboarding of new employees where applicable.
• Work productively and respectfully with team members.
• Complete required training and pursue continuous learning and development.
• Perform cashier duties where applicable, including accurate payment processing, cash reconciliation and compliance with cash-security policies.
• Support Endless Aisle, Click & Collect and Ship from Store processes where applicable.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of retail experience.
• Retail sales training is desirable.
• Basic English skills.
• Basic spelling and numeracy skills.
• Communication skills.
