RtR Administrator

Purpose of the position

Perform Record to Report processes, including completing recurring entries, checking and resolving issues in general ledger postings, and reviewing general ledger line items for the assigned OpCo in accordance with Heineken process standards, policies, and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain monthly accrual, prepayment, and provision schedules.
• Complete recurring entries.
• Manage documentation and knowledge management systems.
• Check and resolve issues in general ledger postings.
• Review general ledger line items, determine corrective actions, and implement them.
• Adhere to OpCo, local, and global guidelines, policies, and regulations, including tax and Record to Report requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing requested information.
• Complete internal reporting on an on-time, in-full basis.
• Create and update employee, customer, and supplier codes, exchange rates, BU, and SCOA in the JDE system through master data administration.
• Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
• ACCA, CIMA, RA, RE, or CPA certification is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of accounting work experience.
• Working knowledge of process risk management, internal control, process management, fraud management, and compliance.
• Experience in internal control, internal or external audit, or process management and improvement.
• Experience organizing and leading cross-functional teams, assessing process and information flows, performing cost-benefit analyses, tracking results, developing recommendations, and implementing improvements.
• Strong quantitative, statistical, and computer skills, including sophisticated analysis using spreadsheet or database applications.
• ERP experience is compulsory.
• Good English language skills are an advantage.
• Fluency in Myanmar is required.
