Role overview
We are seeking a Retail Supervisor to help exceed customer expectations, guide store associates, build strong relationships, and serve as a passionate adidas Brand ambassador.
Responsibilities and qualifications
- Maintain flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and guide store associates.
- Operate personal computers, POS systems, and software packages including Microsoft Office.
- Learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead discussions and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Work independently, exercise discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Build effective working relationships and maintain high performance standards.
- Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
- Have a minimum of 12 months of retail experience.
- Demonstrate advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
Physical requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, use of hands, reaching, and communication. Employees must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. The work environment may include outdoor weather conditions and moderate noise.
