Role and location

As a Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist at Nike, you’ll be the face of NIKE at the Nike Mississauga Dixie Outlet Store. You’ll work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, guiding customers, supporting your team and delivering excellent service.

Starting pay: $21.00+/hour

Hours: 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends

What you bring

  • One year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
  • Authentic customer service skills and the ability to make customers feel seen and understood.
  • Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
  • Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
