Retail Supervisor - Nike Gaffney

NIKE, Inc. is hiring a Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist, for the Nike Factory Store in Gaffney, South Carolina.

Role overview

As a Nike Retail Supervisor, you will be the face of NIKE in a high-volume, fast-paced store. You will guide customers, support your team, focus on customer service, and help deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old in the U.S.
• One year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
• Ability to use customer service authentically and help customers feel seen and understood
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
