Lace Up as a Nike Retail Associate
As a Nike Retail Associate, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve like a pro to help consumers discover products that inspire them. You work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs, collaborating with teammates to provide the ultimate Nike store experience.

- Lead with service and understand consumers’ needs.
- Know the product, honor the details, keep the store sharp, and work with purpose.
- Build connections with consumers and teammates, share knowledge, and create an inclusive environment.
- Bring integrity, communicate honestly, and model reliability.
Leading With Your Best
- Be flexible with scheduling and available for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on store and company needs.
- Be able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Be at least 18 years old in the United States.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $17.50.
