This is a temporary part-time position offering a minimum of 11.5 hours per week. Full flexibility is highly desirable, however, applicants must be available to work three weekday evenings, including Fridays, as well as demonstrate full flexibility across weekends and all public/bank holidays. These availability requirements are essential to meet the operational needs of the business and cannot be accommodated on an exception basis.

What will I be doing?
As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be making our customer’s day, every day. This includes:
- Providing customers with an amazing experience by helping with sizes or styles, purchases, and returns
- Setting up a good-looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms and the latest fashions, while keeping a tidy and well-organised stockroom
- Delivering a fast, friendly and efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns
- Receiving, unpacking and checking off new deliveries
- Getting products onto the shop floor and ensuring they are correctly priced while maintaining high standards
Who you are

- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A team player with high motivation, a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interested in fashion and the latest looks
- Ideally, some experience working within a busy retail environment
