Retail Assistant Athlete Temp PT 8hrs Swindon

NIKE, Inc. is looking for a temporary part-time Sales Assistant at Nike ZSwindon, working 8 hours per week with full weekend availability. The role provides world-class service and a premium brand experience to consumers.

What you bring

• Use expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to serve consumers.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
• Support store departments, including operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products on the shop floor, and building visual displays.
• Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales and services in the store.
• Inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
• Develop knowledge through tools and training courses covering sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Full weekend availability.
