The role

Nike Bridgewater is looking for a Temporary Retail Assistant to join the team and provide world-class service to consumers. An 8-hour contract is available.

What you bring

• Use expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
• Support store departments, including operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products, and building visual displays.
• Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales or services in the store.
• Inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
• Improve your knowledge through tools and training courses covering sales trends, products, services, and culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Availability

• Part-time.
• Must be available weekends.
• Must be available some weekdays and evenings.
• Flexible to work overtime.
