About Nike Retail
To work in retail is to be the face of NIKE, Inc. Retail assistants are called “athletes” at Nike stores. Nike Retail teams focus on product knowledge and customer service to deliver valuable consumer experiences.
Nike Bridgewater is looking for a Temporary Retail Assistant to join the team and provide world-class service to consumers. A 20-hour contract is available.
What you’ll do
- Use expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
- Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
- Support store departments, including operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products, and building visual displays.
- Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
- Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales or services in the store.
- Inform consumers and teammates about Nike products and services.
- Improve product, service, culture, and sales-trend knowledge through tools and training courses.

Qualifications
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
- Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
- Ability to apply product sales techniques.
- Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, based on store needs.
Availability
- Part-time.
- Must be available weekends.
- Must be available some weekdays and evenings.
- Must be flexible to work overtime.
