About the role
Nike Copenhagen Disa is looking for a part-time Athlete to join the team and provide world-class service to consumers. At NIKE retail stores, retail assistants are called Athletes.
What you bring
- Use expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
- Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
- Support store departments, including operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products, building visual displays, and recommending products to reach sales targets.
- Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales and services in the store.
- Inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
- Improve knowledge through tools and training courses covering sales trends, products, services, and culture.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Effective communication in English; Danish is a plus. Resume should be provided in English.
- Must be able to live and work in Denmark.
- Customer service or retail experience preferred.
- Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
- Ability to apply product sales techniques.
- Flexible availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
