NIKE Factory Store Tillicoultry is looking for a part-time Retail Assistant, known as an Athlete at Nike stores, to provide world-class service to consumers.

What you bring

• Use expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
• Support store departments, including operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, replenishing shop-floor products, and building visual displays.
• Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales and services in the store.
• Inform consumers and teammates about Nike products and services.
• Develop knowledge through tools and training courses covering sales trends, products, services, and Nike culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Passion for sport is essential.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Availability

• Part-time, 20 hours per week.
• Must be available weekends.
• Available between 9am and 9pm.
