Restaurant Server - Weekday AM Shifts

Essential Job Functions

• Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to the service manual.
• Complete all necessary setup side work as assigned.
• Answer guest questions about the menu.
• Operate the electronic cash register or P.O.S. system where applicable.
• Check food before serving it to guests to ensure appearance, temperature, and portions are correct.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Ability to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Communicate well with guests.
• Willingness to pitch in, help coworkers, and work as a team player.
• Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.

Customer Satisfaction: Treat guests and associates with courtesy and respect under all circumstances. Every Crescent associate is a guest relations ambassador.

Work Habits: Meet and strive to exceed hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, and attendance. Adapt to changes, learn new skills, solve routine problems, and ask for help when needed.

Safety and Security: Follow hotel security policies and procedures, including key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and reporting safety hazards and concerns.
