The Human Resources Department supports the transformation and modernization of LCL in service of its customers through 2030. Within the HR Operations and Services Department, the DSR unit—Data and Risk Monitoring—ensures operational risk management, personal data governance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of HR activities.
As Head of the DSR unit, you will lead the HR Department's risk management framework, ensure consistency in prevention, control, and continuous improvement initiatives, and develop a risk management culture among HR teams.
Main responsibilities
- Risk governance: Lead the risk management framework, supervise risk mapping and risk analyses, prioritize action plans, and monitor Inspection General and Audit recommendations.
- Personal data governance: Ensure compliance of personal data processing, supervise the processing register, lead GDPR-related work, supervise data-subject rights requests, and liaise with the DPO.
- Access governance: Supervise access-rights review campaigns, ensure control of access to HR applications, lead segregation-of-duties measures, and coordinate actions relating to fraud and sensitive access.
- Cross-functional management: Monitor risk indicators, lead the Service Quality Committee, manage business continuity activities, contribute to HR transformation projects, and coordinate relationships with control functions.
You will also participate in the department's risk committees, lead the DSR roadmap, and contribute to strategic HR projects.
Profile
Postgraduate degree in business with a specialization in risk or audit, risk management, operational risk management, or HR with a specialization in social audit, HR compliance, or HR information systems. Confirmed experience in risk, internal control, or compliance is required; HR experience is an advantage. Minimum experience: 6–10 years.
Management and transversal leadership skills, decision-making ability in complex situations, analytical and organizational skills, autonomy, communication skills, curiosity, innovation, and the ability to work cross-functionally are expected.
This is a management position classified as executive (Cadre). Starting date: 1 October 2026.
