Responsable des Relations Sociales H/F

The Île-de-France Human Resources team, comprising an HR Manager, Individual Development Managers, Social Workers and two Social Relations Managers, is seeking a Responsable des Relations Sociales.

Across several business divisions and more than 2,600 employees, the role will:

• Prepare, organize and, where applicable, chair employee representative bodies, including the CSE and CSSCT.
• Lead local social dialogue with employee representatives and trade unions.
• Coordinate the preparation of local project files with the various business divisions.
• Ensure compliance with periodic obligations, including various reports, DUER, Papripact and BDES.
• Conduct HR and joint investigations following reports of psychosocial risks or harassment.
• Act as a source of expertise in employment law and social relations for managers and HR teams.
• Interface with central social relations teams and external contacts, including the labor inspectorate, occupational health services and CARSAT.
• Provide functional management for approximately 20 employee representatives, including annual reviews, compensation and leave.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree or equivalent, preferably in law, employment law or social relations.
• At least 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience in social relations, management, HR or legal functions.
• Autonomy, openness, assertiveness, empathy, team spirit, listening skills and rigor.
