The Risk and Actuarial Function Directorate ensures that the company's risk profile is aligned with its strategic objectives and that regulatory obligations are met. By providing an independent second opinion, it supports senior management decision-making and analyses the consistency, strengths and weaknesses of the company's technical management, including pricing, underwriting, reserving and reinsurance.
As part of Crédit Agricole Assurances' Actuarial Functions Directorate, you will contribute to monitoring the technical and financial risks of all entities in France and internationally.
Your responsibilities
- Provide an independent second opinion and conduct in-depth analyses on actuarial topics such as solvency, value creation, ORSA projections and new products.
- Analyse the strengths and improvement levers of the company's technical management across underwriting, reserving and reinsurance.
- Help strengthen the framework for monitoring, managing and controlling actuarial work across entities, in accordance with the subsidiarity principle.
- Coordinate and facilitate all actuarial functions in France and internationally.
- Strengthen exchanges with entities through regular bilateral interactions and a quarterly committee involving all actuarial functions.
- Produce the annual report, issue actuarial opinions and monitor recommendations issued by actuarial functions.
- Use English regularly when communicating with international entities.
This role provides a cross-functional view of the technical and financial risks faced by Crédit Agricole Assurances and involves interaction with experienced contacts across life insurance and property and casualty insurance activities.

Profile
Higher scientific education, ideally in actuarial science. You have 6 to 10 years of experience in an actuarial consultancy, technical department, finance department or risk department of a life insurance company.
You are recognised for your rigour, curiosity, analytical and synthesis skills, and enjoy working as part of a team. Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, organisation, autonomy and discretion are required. Knowledge of all Crédit Agricole Assurances activities and technical dimensions can be developed in the short or medium term.
