The Direction Opérations et Services Clients Entreprises (OSCE) handles banking operations initiated by LCL's Banque des Entreprises et institutionnels and its clients across daily banking, credit, trade finance, and digital tools support.
Within the Banque Au Quotidien business unit in Noisy-le-Grand, you will lead the SVP Banque Électronique team, which supports entrepreneur and business clients, as well as network employees, with digital tools and services including websites, applications, EBICS flows and contracts, and SEPA direct debit contracts.
Main responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of approximately 20 employees, including Customer Service Technicians and two Coordinators, across the business and entrepreneur markets.
- Organize team activities and supervise production, balancing call management and contract management while meeting processing deadlines and priorities.
- Drive the LCL 2030 strategy and optimize existing processes, contributing to transformation projects involving automation, digitalization and artificial intelligence.
- Develop employee skills by structuring training, defining standard timelines for expertise levels, and supporting career development.
- Work with payment and digital business teams and IT teams on developments, new products and incident management.
- Control and supervise activities in compliance with rules and procedures, particularly those relating to fraud risk and international sanctions.
- Represent LCL within the relevant scope in cooperation with the OSCE management.
The role involves regular contact with internal clients, including the network and support functions, and external clients, including businesses and entrepreneurs.
Occasional travel is required. All positions are open to people with disabilities.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Training or specialization in digital banking, flows, or customer support centres.
- Experienced manager with 6–10 years of experience.
- Knowledge of the professional and/or business market is preferred.
- Skills in management and employee development, relationship management, organization, risk awareness, analysis and synthesis, writing, change management and customer service.
- Good knowledge of digital tools and flows, including websites, customer applications, EBICS and cash management, is appreciated.
- Excel, preferably advanced, and PowerPoint.
- Basic English for limited and occasional use.
