Re-advertised Specialist CRM Process & Systems

Position Overview

To manage, optimise and govern MBSA's customer communication, CRM, lead management and Salesforce ecosystem across Mercedes-Benz Cars, Customer Services and Vans. The role enables customer acquisition, lead conversion and retention, supports the Business Development Centre and sales operations, drives digital transformation initiatives, and ensures compliance with regulatory and data governance requirements.

Main Tasks

• Support IT in developing CRM and customer experience systems such as Salesforce and STS.
• Define requirements, document processes, troubleshoot solutions, monitor project progress and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Ensure optimal data flow and accuracy through relevant systems, including testing, analysis and implementation.
• Act as business owner and custodian of Salesforce.
• Support data governance, contact strategies, project management, platform uptime, automation and process innovation.
• Ensure compliance with Mercedes-Benz security and IT standards and the POPI Act.
• Segment and extract data for campaigns, create email and SMS campaigns, and report campaign results.
• Support big data management, data cleansing, analytics, customer single-view strategies, data mining, segmentation and targeting.
• Develop and implement CRM data standards and securely manage data-sharing processes.
• Serve as Salesforce data steward and manage data-cleaning routes and executions.

Experience

3–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

NQF L7 degree or diploma, preferably ND Marketing Communications or related.
