Intern, Fleet & Used Car Sales

Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Ltd. (MBV), a joint venture with Mercedes-Benz AG and SAMCO, was incorporated in 1995 and is responsible for assembling and distributing passenger cars in Vietnam.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn intern to support the Fleet & Used Car Sales team in daily operations, reporting, and sales activities.

Tasks

• Support Fleet & Used Car Sales and Fleet Sales activities, including data analysis and reporting.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and updating presentations.
• Support reimbursement document checking and verification.
• Verify and manage customer data accurately.
• Follow up on new and used vehicle sales and support contract completion.
• Collect vehicle information from PDI and Customer Service, including checklists and photos, and upload it to COMSYS/CMS for bidding.
• Support the organization of events and dealer meetings.
• Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student majoring in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Vietnamese citizen with full legal eligibility to work in Vietnam.
• Must remain a student throughout the six-month internship period ending in June 2027.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good written and verbal English skills.
• Eager to learn with a proactive attitude.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Careful, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Able to work with data and handle multiple tasks.
