Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Ltd. (MBV), a joint venture with Mercedes-Benz AG and SAMCO, was incorporated in 1995 and is responsible for the assembly and distribution of passenger cars in Vietnam.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders in COMSYS and prepare related reports as required.
• Support CBU importation processes, including preparing import documents.
• Verify invoices to ensure alignment with contracts and order information.
• Handle vehicle documentation, including arranging and archiving release documents.
• Coordinate with Finance & Controlling for e-invoice issuance.
• Prepare and process vehicle documents for dealers.
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student majoring in Business Administration or a related field.
• Vietnamese citizen with full legal eligibility to work in Vietnam.
• Remain a student throughout the six-month internship period, concluding at the end of June 2027.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of written and verbal English.
• Detail-oriented, careful, and well-organized.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
