R2R Business Transformation Manager

As an R2R Business Transformation Manager, you will lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives across the R2R domain, acting as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert for clients. You will design and implement process and technology improvements, shape transformation stories, and guide clients through operating model changes, automation programs, ERP-enabled transformations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your tasks
- Lead and drive finance process and technology transformation projects.
- Deliver initiatives related to target operating model design, process and technology assessments, benchmarking, GBS/SSC setup, automation evaluation, ERP and platform implementations, RPA deployment, transitions, training, and change management.
- Recommend improvements and guide clients throughout their transformation journey.
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to complete deliverables and advance transformation agendas.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and propose applicable solutions.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma, DGEM Benchmarking, and ESOAR methodologies.
- Facilitate client meetings and workshops.
- Develop transformation assets, methods, and service offerings.
- Support pursuits, bids, and up-sell opportunities.
Your profile
- 11+ years of finance experience with strong R2A expertise, including General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Period End Close, Reconciliations, and Reporting.
- Extensive experience in Finance Transformation and Continuous Improvement.
- 5+ years in senior project leadership roles with accountability for scope, teams, budgets, and timelines.
- Experience designing and communicating transformation solutions, business cases, and sales-cycle materials.
- Strong consulting, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, BlackLine, Trintech, or Workiva.
- Understanding of Intelligent Automation, RPA, GenAI, and GBS/SSC/BPO operating models.
- Fluent English with strong client-facing presentation and leadership skills.
