Landscape Integration Partner Project Manager

You will join a team of manufacturing and technology experts working on a high-impact MES re-deployment project for a global leader in personal hygiene products. As a MES Project Manager, you will lead a diverse team of on-site and remote specialists across IT and OT disciplines, driving the re-implementation of factory capabilities across 16 production lines.

Your tasks

• Lead the end-to-end re-deployment of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across 16 production lines, ensuring delivery within scope, time and budget.
• Manage and coordinate a mixed team of on-site and remote MES staff, IT and OT technicians, ensuring effective collaboration and clear communication.
• Drive project governance through RAID logs, change control processes, milestone tracking and stakeholder reporting.
• Oversee shopfloor connectivity re-implementation, aligning IT and OT environments with production and business requirements.
• Act as the primary client contact, managing expectations, escalations and alignment between technical delivery and business goals.

Your profile

• 5–12+ years of experience managing manufacturing IT/OT programs, including MES, ERP and OT environments, with a proven record of plant go-live delivery.
• Experience leading multi-party delivery and managing diverse on-site and remote teams, with strong RAID management, change control and milestone tracking skills.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification and the ability to apply structured project management methodologies in an industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience with the AVEVA MES platform, a background in CPG/FMCG manufacturing and familiarity with ISA-95 standards and the Purdue Model.
