Tasks

• Assist in the development, coordination and performance of internal audit activities for Operations in accordance with company policies, procedures and the annual risk-based audit plan.
• Implement quality checks and audits, identify performance gaps and root causes, and support business units in managing performance.
• Propose solution alternatives for agent coaching.
• Partner with management to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular audit reports and provide clear insights into work quality.
• Continually evaluate and develop audit and monitoring procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications

Training and qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in finance, economics, business administration or engineering.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results within quality and timeline requirements.

Technical knowledge

• Working knowledge of quality check standards, methodologies, procedures and techniques.
• Solid knowledge of the relevant business area; financial services and collections knowledge is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and objectivity in accordance with audit-profession standards.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to communicate audit results appropriately and align stakeholders on adopting results.
• Highly developed analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay flexible in adapting to change.
• Ability to extract information from multiple sources and enter detailed, accurate information.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Ability to align daily work with company strategy and vision.

Managerial knowledge

• High degree of personal and professional integrity, accountability and credibility.

Experience

• Prior experience in banking or auto finance preferred.
• Audit experience and background preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in Quality Coaching, Quality Assurance or Quality Control preferred.
