Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Within the framework of HR Services, this role provides professional HR service delivery and business support across labour and immigration-related processes. The role coordinates and manages labour and immigration formalities for full-time, temporary, and part-time employees within adidas Emerging Markets LLC.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate visa and immigration processes, including applications, renewals, cancellations, transfers, medical fitness tests, passport expiries, and related formalities.
- Process labour contracts, medical tests, Emirates ID applications, immigration applications, and other government transactions.
- Prepare and manage expense reports and ensure adequate funds are available for applications and government transactions.
- Coordinate with governmental bodies including GPSSA, GDRFA, and MOHRE on Emiratization-related matters.
- Maintain accurate company records on labour systems and ensure compliance with quotas and regulations.
- Coordinate with PRO service providers and monitor application progress.
- Monitor and communicate updates to labour, immigration, visa, and employment-related regulations.
- Maintain employee records, including contracts, visas, passports, and expiry dates, and communicate upcoming renewals.
- Act as the primary contact for employees regarding visa, labour, immigration, and government formalities.
- Process police permissions, No Objection Certificates, attestations, and other required documents.
- Respond to PRO, labour, visa, and immigration enquiries through ticket service, email, and phone.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR Services Department.
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and security of company and employee information.
- Identify and implement process improvements and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of UAE local laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using government online application systems.
- Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of overall work experience dealing with local authorities and the public sector.
- Own car and driving license.
