Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old in the United States.
- One year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
- Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Responsibilities
- Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about Converse products and services.
- Bring a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers.
- Lead by example and deliver service in line with SOLE.
- Make customers feel welcome, understand their needs, and exceed their expectations.
- Demonstrate integrity, reliability, professionalism, and kindness.
- Operate a cash register and perform shipping, receiving, stocking, cleaning, and visual display duties.
Hours and benefits
This is a part-time position at 25 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
