Your role
You will join Capgemini Engineering's team delivering Manufacturing Execution System (MES) transformation projects for leading Life Sciences clients in Belgium.
As Project Manager, you will lead manufacturing technology projects within a regulated pharmaceutical environment, managing the full lifecycle of MES implementations using Siemens Opcenter or AVEVA platforms.
- Manage MES implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, IT, quality, and validation teams to deliver solutions compliant with GMP and regulatory standards.
- Track project KPIs, manage budgets, and report progress to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
- Facilitate change management activities to drive user adoption across production and operations teams.
- Ensure documentation, risk management, and issue resolution align with validated system lifecycle requirements.
Your profile
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience managing MES projects, ideally with Siemens Opcenter or AVEVA in a regulated industry.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and GMP environments.
- Strong communication, workshop facilitation, conflict management, and decision-making skills.
- Proactive, well-organised, and able to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining delivery quality.
- Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus.
