Your role
- Support customs and transport operations across Romania, Ukraine, and Bulgaria.
- Coordinate with customs brokers and local teams.
- Manage import, export, and transit procedures.
- Review customs documentation and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Provide operational support during project execution.
- Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders and authorities.
Your profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customs, transport, logistics, or freight forwarding.
- Knowledge of import/export procedures, customs documentation, and trade compliance.
- Experience working with customs brokers, forwarding companies, or industrial projects.
- Understanding of EU-East customs regulations and international trade terminology.
- Fluent in English and Ukrainian or Russian; Romanian is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Able to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams.
