Project Manager

Your responsibilities would include:

• Overseeing and executing project management activities within complex projects or programs.
• Leading project teams, fostering high performance and professional development.
• Managing project constraints, risks, stakeholder engagement, financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintaining project management systems, documentation, governance and compliance.
• Facilitating key meetings, executive reviews and cross-functional coordination.
• Delivering managerial and portfolio reports to senior stakeholders.
• Analyzing project performance and providing proactive recommendations.
• Driving change management, continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.
• Mentoring project team members and promoting a high-performance culture.
• Leading lessons learned documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4+ years of project or program management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile, P3M or equivalent methodologies.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs or portfolios with multiple stakeholders.
• Capabilities in RAID management, planning, budgeting, dependency management and risk mitigation.
• Experience driving execution through testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare and BAU handover.
• Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, SharePoint and reporting solutions.
• Strong communication, facilitation, governance and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead virtual and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent English.

You’re a perfect candidate if you also have:

• Training in portfolio governance, financial management or change leadership, such as PgMP, MoP or Prosci.
• Banking and payment process knowledge.
