Project Finance Credit Analyst M/F

You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Americas as a Project Finance Credit Analyst within Risks and Permanent Control, supporting Counterparty Risk Analysis covering principally Project Finance in North and South America and certain corporate borrowers.

Responsibilities

• Review credit applications for completeness and consistency with internal policies, following up with Front Office as needed.
• Analyze borrowers, groups, and transaction structures using term sheets, market studies, financial models, legal due diligence, and engineer reports.
• Review and prepare internal rating models, including Anadefi, making corrections as needed.
• Draft risk opinions and meet deadlines responsibly.
• Make recommendations with the Sector Credit Officer regarding exposure, ratings, and structure.
• Verify data accuracy in Crédit Agricole CIB internal risk systems, including Phidias, Eurecca, SIS, SMAC, and Anadefi.
• Complete internal risk systems in a timely manner.

Eligibility

• Be under 29 years old.
• Hold a postgraduate Master's degree.
• Be an EU citizen.

Profile

• Master's degree in Finance from a university, business school, or engineering school.
• Previous experience in corporate banking is necessary.
• Financial analysis skills and proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Fluent French and English.
• Strong written and oral communication, self-reliance, and attention to detail.
