Your responsibilities would include:
- Overseeing the full governance cycle and ensuring compliance with PMO standards.
- Integrating and maintaining standardized project management tools, templates, and frameworks.
- Overseeing project documentation, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
- Ensuring accurate and timely project status reporting to all management levels.
- Consolidating and analyzing project data for strategic decision-making.
- Facilitating cross-functional coordination and communication among stakeholders.
- Partnering with executives to ensure alignment between project and strategic goals.
- Proactively addressing issues and challenges that arise during project execution.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- A university degree or master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 7+ years of working experience in projects, contributing to the development and delivery of program management and governance activities.
- 3+ years of working experience in PMO roles.
- A proven track record supporting or managing medium-to-large projects or programs across multiple functions or regions.
- Demonstrated success implementing or enhancing governance frameworks, reporting standards, and delivery processes.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and working with senior business leaders.
- Experience leading PMO team members and mentoring junior staff.
- Project Management Certification at practitioner level.
- Fluent English.
You are a perfect match if you also have:
Training in portfolio governance, financial management, and change leadership, such as PgMP, MoP, or Prosci, is highly desirable.
