As a preferred contact for artisans, shopkeepers, liberal professions and very small businesses, the Professional Customer Advisor supports clients with their daily cash management and development projects. The advisor also provides guidance on clients’ personal accounts and regularly travels to meet clients and prospects.
After a training and integration period, and working closely with your tutor, you will support the Professional Customer Advisor with the following responsibilities:
- Develop and retain a portfolio of professional clients through prospecting and advisory activities.
- Identify and support clients’ professional and personal projects.
- Analyse and manage clients’ financing needs, with particular attention to risk control and the overall profitability of the relationship.
This banking experience will help you develop your technical, commercial and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Currently at Bac +3 level and seeking a Master’s apprenticeship in Banking or Corporate Finance at a business school, IAE or university.
- Prior registration with a school or university offering an apprenticeship programme is required.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Interpersonal and commercial skills, a taste for challenges, team spirit and curiosity.
