This role supports the Print Production team, Creative Studio Operations team, and wider in-store marketing team by monitoring platform activity, maintaining clean and reliable datasets, and generating insights that help drive efficiency, quality, and informed decision-making.

What you’ll do

  • Monitor and maintain the Production Process Platform, ensuring daily data completeness, accuracy, compliance with workflow standards, and the upkeep of datasets, user inputs, allocation records, and specifications.
  • Partner with VM teams to conduct regular audits, identify missing information, inconsistencies, or errors, and take ownership of resolving data quality issues.
  • Extract, analyse, and interpret platform data to provide actionable insights on in-store POS requirements, production capacity, and overall campaign performance.
  • Produce reports and performance summaries to support the Print Production Manager and In-Store Marketing team in decision-making and operational planning.
  • Collaborate closely with IT partners and the Production Process Platform Lead to support system updates, testing activities, and the rollout of new platform functionalities.
  • Provide user support and training, ensuring new and existing users follow correct data entry processes and can effectively navigate and utilise the platform.
  • Lead key BAU print production activities, including managing store feedback and requests, overseeing the Print in Store function, and driving continuous improvement and efficiency across campaign production workflows in partnership with Production, Campaign Management, and IT teams.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in data analysis, operations support, or workflow platform management, preferably in marketing, production, supply chain, or similar environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly and meaningfully.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a commitment to data integrity.
  • Confident use of digital workflow platforms, production management systems, or data tools.
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple datasets and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence data compliance across teams.
  • A proactive, curious, and solutions-driven mindset with an interest in process optimisation and operational improvement.

What you’ll get

Benefits include 27 days of leave plus bank holidays, the option to buy five additional days, Tax Saver Tickets, a fitness centre, and a subsidised cafeteria.
