The Mercedes-Benz Manhattan Service Advisor - Pre-Owned Reconditioning is responsible for the daily operations and profitability of the North Bergen used vehicle reconditioning center, the North Bergen Sprinter repair shop, and the quality output of both operations in conjunction with the Supervisor of new vehicle operations and collision.

The role provides a consistently outstanding brand and customer experience through excellent preparation, attitude, and teamwork for internal and external customers.

• Manage daily shop operations for the Sprinter workshop.
• Manage daily operations for used vehicle reconditioning and coordinate with the collision shop.
• Oversee vehicle quality output and the quality assurance process.
• Complete paperwork associated with the process.
• Photograph completed vehicles and upload images to the website.
• Manage vendors for detailing, the internal collision center, wheel repairs, and logistics.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive repair.
• Excellent leadership potential and people skills.
• Proficiency in DMS and Microsoft products.
• Business sense and ability to track key performance metrics.
• Ability to commute to MBM in Manhattan and North Bergen.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
