Tasks

Support the future of Mercedes-Benz Global Customer Service and Parts (GCSP) as a full team member in the Business Excellence and Acceleration Team. You will contribute to data-driven projects and the vision of best-in-class customer care.

Actively support one of the data-driven project teams.
Contribute to the development of digital solutions and support the coordination of external development partners.
Design and execute change-management measures for rollouts of digital solutions.
Help create important decision templates and workshop formats.
Support the development of data models and dashboards using Power BI.
Take responsibility for documentation and error analysis.

The position can begin in August 2026.

Qualifications

Currently studying industrial engineering, business administration, economics, or a comparable subject.
Basic understanding of business contexts and ideally initial experience in change management.
Confident use of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint; initial knowledge of collaborative tools such as MURAL is desirable.
Basic programming skills and initial experience with Power BI, DAX, and M are advantageous.
Enthusiasm for new technologies such as GenAI.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Fluent German and English communication skills.
Independent and reliable working style, quick comprehension, creativity, enjoyment of work, and a sense of humor.

The internship must include a mandatory internship component. Applicants should be available for at least three months, ideally six months. The internship can start from mid-May 2026.
