Tasks

Mercedes-Benz Global Training supports retail employees on their individual development journey. The Hochvolt & Technik team is responsible for technical training activities in the German market, working with international colleagues on concept development and implementation.

• Support the preparation, execution and follow-up of a national event with 3,000 participants
• Develop and detail the event programme
• Design rooms and graphics in line with the corporate design
• Integrate digital elements
• Organise and coordinate various service providers
• Support participants on site during the event
• Assist with the planning, organisation, implementation and follow-up of training sessions
• Support the implementation of training concepts and projects
• Prepare management presentations and reports
• Support the preparation and implementation of team events

The position can start in October 2026.

Qualifications

• Degree programme in business administration, event management, communications or a comparable subject
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken
• Confident use of MS Office
• Analytical and strategic approach, high commitment and team spirit, quick comprehension, independent working style, strong communication skills and creativity
• Experience in event organisation and/or training is desirable
• Class B driving licence

The internship at this location must include a required compulsory component.
