What You’ll Do as a Personal Assistant
- Manage complex diary scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting governance for the Director, ensuring priorities are effectively managed and confidentiality is maintained.
- Proactively oversee the Director's inbox, prioritizing communications, responding where appropriate, and ensuring timely follow-up on key actions and commitments.
- Prepare and coordinate meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, reports, briefing documents, and the distribution of information before and after meetings.
- Act as a key liaison between the Director, internal stakeholders, leadership teams, and external partners.
- Support leadership initiatives, programme management, and operational activities by coordinating projects, maintaining correspondence, and assisting with decision-making processes.
- Manage travel arrangements, expense reconciliation, purchase orders, document management, courier services, and other ad hoc business support activities.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 5 years' experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and multitasking capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- An adaptable, proactive, and collaborative approach with strong customer focus, resilience, presentation skills, and a commitment to continuous development.
