Director Administrator
Primark is looking for a Director Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support in Dublin, Ireland.

What You’ll Do
- Manage complex director diaries and calendars, scheduling and prioritising meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring efficient time management.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including venues, catering, logistics, and the preparation and distribution of documentation.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries, and resolving travel-related issues.
- Process and reconcile expenses through Concur, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, liaising with Finance and Procurement teams to resolve queries.
- Provide administrative support, including PA leave cover, handling confidential information, and supporting ad hoc projects and tasks.
What You’ll Bring
- Two to three years of administrative experience supporting multiple senior executives or directors in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong discretion and integrity when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach, strong problem-solving abilities, and a genuine interest in retail; retail experience is an advantage.
