Who You’ll Work With
You will report to the Senior Supervisor, People Solutions Advisory and be part of a team of People Solutions Advisors based at Nike’s European Headquarters in Hilversum. You will collaborate with regional and global People Solutions teammates as well as Nike teammates in Retail and Corporate.
Who We Are Looking For
As a People Solutions Advisor I, you will support and empower the People Solutions Advisory team. You will gradually build expertise in employee benefits, compensation, HR processes and policies, and service delivery to Nike employees.
- Quick learner with a genuine interest in HR.

- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and improving processes.
- Exceptional customer focus and ability to improve the teammate experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Dutch or additional EU languages are preferred.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented and flexible environment.
What You’ll Work On
People Solutions Advisory serves as the front door to HR globally and supports the end-to-end teammate experience and delivery of HR programs and services.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries through channels such as phone and chat.
- Answer general HR questions and provide guidance to Nike teammates and managers, including self-service, policy questions, employment verifications and ticket follow-up.
- Use knowledge management and case management systems to address, track and resolve inquiries within service-level agreements.
- Triage and escalate unresolved inquiries to relevant teams.
- Research specific inquiries and deliver accurate, timely responses.
