Originateur Small Cap STRASBOURG H/F

You will join the Global Investment Banking (GIB) department within Indosuez Corporate Advisory, which supports companies in their growth through financial advice, M&A, financing, structuring and capital markets expertise.

As Originateur Small Cap STRASBOURG, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining relationships between the Crédit Agricole and LCL networks in your geographic area and the ICA teams.
• Analysing client needs and proposing appropriate M&A, financing and capital markets solutions.
• Preparing and leading commercial presentations and pitches for clients and prospects.
• Managing the execution of Small Cap M&A transactions valued at €10–30 million.
• Organising research and contact with counterparties, including buyers, sellers and financiers.
• Coordinating negotiations and securing counterparties’ commitment to agreed efforts.
• Supervising the preparation and monitoring of legal and financial documents.

Most positions are eligible for remote work under the company’s agreement, based on mutual agreement between the employee and manager and following a successful integration period.

Profile

• Postgraduate degree, ideally a business school or university Bac +5 / M2 qualification.
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance or M&A advisory; the stated minimum experience level is 6–10 years.
• Experience in an investment bank, M&A advisory firm or corporate finance department of a large group.
• Knowledge of local-market M&A transactions.
• Ability to prepare and model business plans and LBO simulations.
• Commercial, networking, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong communication, writing, client-service, organisational and time-management skills.
• Fluent English.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
