Nike Store Lead (Senior Retail Associate)

We are looking for a Nike Store Lead (Senior Retail Associate) to deliver a premium consumer experience by building the bond between consumers and the brand through exceptional service and retail storytelling. This position is based at Nike's new store in Mumbai.

What will you work on?

• Use customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect customers with the right products and drive sales.
• Maintain knowledge of all store departments and perform associate activities, including complex transactions and customer service situations.
• Provide expertise in one or more areas, including Shipping and Receiving, Cashier duties, and Sales.
• Seek ongoing training and education to further develop expertise.
• Assist managers with formal onboarding and training programs for associates.
• Support loss prevention through proactive customer service and coordination of other associates' work, without formal supervisory responsibility.
• Perform keyholder responsibilities as needed.

What you bring

• 12th qualification or equivalent.
• 3 years of retail experience.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods.
