NIKE, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Vanguard Program Graduate Intern to join Worldwide Marketing as a strategic contributor. The internship combines hands-on experience with leadership mentorship and targeted development, preparing high-performing interns for continued growth and future leadership opportunities within Nike.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll be embedded within a Nike Marketing team aligned to a critical brand or business priority and own and deliver a defined project supporting strategic objectives. You’ll collaborate with experienced marketers, cross-functional partners, and senior leaders across brand strategy, consumer insights, creativity, and execution.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for MBA candidates who are digital-first marketers with prior internship experience, transferable professional backgrounds, academic depth, and a passion for fusing art and science to shape the future of marketing.

What You’ll Work On

You’ll contribute to high-priority business initiatives aligned to Nike’s strategic roadmap and take ownership of a clearly scoped project within Worldwide Marketing.

  • Partner on elements of holistic seasonal go-to-market plans
  • Support the development and refinement of brand plans
  • Research and synthesize social, cultural, digital, and sport trends to identify insights that inform future marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with senior team members through working sessions, reviews, and presentations

You’ll also participate in a Marketing Vanguard Program cohort through functional programming, leadership exposure, and peer collaboration.

This is a 10-week paid internship opportunity with relocation assistance.

What You Bring

  • Enrollment in an MBA program or Master’s in Marketing with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028
  • 3–5 years of work experience strongly preferred
  • Direct marketing experience ranging from 1–4 years
  • Cover letter and resume submission in PDF format strongly preferred
  • Strategic mindset and collaborative problem-solving skills
  • Passion for sport, brand, and consumer culture
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Global mindset and openness to diverse perspectives
