Team
The 52-person Network Management team manages CACEIS’s sub-custodian network and relationships with international banking correspondents responsible for the custody, settlement and clearing of assets entrusted by clients. The team works with securities and cash sub-custodians and third-party asset holders across 85 markets worldwide.
Network Management activities are divided into three areas:
- Network Monitoring & Market Intelligence
- Network Invoicing & Sub-Custody Fees
- Network Administration & Client Support
Responsibilities
Within the Network Administration & Client Support team, you will manage relationships with clients’ Middle Office departments—including asset management companies and institutional investors—as well as sub-custodians and third-party asset holders in international markets covered by CACEIS.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing client relationships during onboarding and offboarding projects and supporting account-opening procedures in complex and sensitive markets.
- Participating in the selection of securities and cash sub-custodians for new markets or provider changes.
- Participating in relationship-opening processes and preparing administrative and legal documentation for account openings.
- Helping establish service-level agreements with operational departments.
- Managing migration processes when changing sub-custodians.
- Participating in operational service reviews conducted by sub-custodians.
- Collecting and analysing issues reported by operational teams and clients.
- Participating in the implementation of new service offerings and products for the bank.
- Participating in or leading local and/or group projects involving the Network Management business line.
- Reviewing and analysing organisational changes at sub-custodians and market developments.
Candidate profile
- Master’s degree in Finance, Management or Economics, or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience, including initial experience in securities, data management, project management or client relationship-oriented work.
- Strong organisational and methodological skills.
- Ability to identify client needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Clear and concise written communication skills.
- Ability to manage varied responsibilities collaboratively.
- Very good command of Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Power BI; knowledge of macros and VBA is an advantage.
- Advanced or bilingual written and spoken English.
