Role Overview

We are looking for a Master Data and Contract Management Specialist to support master data governance and contract administration activities across the organization. You will ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality while supporting contracts throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process requests for creation, update, and maintenance of master data records.
  • Govern and maintain materials, customers, vendors, and related master data objects.
  • Maintain data structures, categorizations, and organizational updates.
  • Maintain exchange rates, prices, price lists, and bank details.
  • Monitor and support the master data lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
  • Perform data transportation and consolidation activities.
  • Investigate and resolve data quality issues, exceptions, and inconsistencies.
  • Prepare, review, maintain, and archive contracts and related documentation.
  • Track contract approvals, renewals, amendments, and expirations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual requirements.
  • Support internal stakeholders with master data and contract-related inquiries and reporting.
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs while identifying opportunities for process improvement.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Up to 1 year of professional experience in Master Data, Contract Administration, Operations, Finance, Shared Services, or a related field.
  • Experience working with ERP systems; SAP is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills are an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, identify risks, and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, and team-player mindset.
  • Professional working proficiency in English; French is an advantage.
