What is the opportunity?
CACEIS Malaysia has been a cornerstone of asset servicing since 2008, evolving into a trusted hub of operational excellence within the global CACEIS network. Strategically located in IOI City, Putrajaya, the company employs over 1,200 skilled professionals, providing a broad spectrum of services to institutional clients across Europe.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Issuer Services activities. The role is to deliver specific services to external and internal stakeholders with a high level of quality and efficiency while fostering a client-first mindset. You will define appropriate controls and governance to support operations and meet regulatory requirements, working closely with Risk, Compliance and Change programs to support group initiatives and assist with internal and external audits and regulatory requirements.

What will you do?
- Set up issuances with the issuer, legal advisors and clearing houses.
- Create securities in the corporate trust reference system.
- Monitor delivery and settlement instructions for securities placed on the primary market.
- Submit listing applications to the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
- Process rate notifications received from Calculation Agents.
- Check the completeness of notifications and the consistency of information with contractual issuance terms.
- Liaise with Calculation Agents in case of missing or unclear notifications.
- Notify rates and amounts payable to clearing houses based on contractual terms.
- Process cash flows related to interest payments and redemptions.
- Verify amounts payable to each clearing house according to positions held.
- Request necessary funds from issuers within required deadlines.
- Execute payments to clearing houses.
- Process clean cash payments daily, including input, verification, validation and reconciliation across sub-custodians, electronically or manually.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Knowledge of capital markets, securities or financial services.
- Strong theoretical knowledge of securities and financial instruments.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and a risk mindset.
- Leadership attributes and the ability to work effectively as part of a team while working autonomously.
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word and VBA.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or similar.
Experience: 0–2 years.
