Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
The Global Product Supply Digital Process Management team is looking for a Manager Reporting Analytics to deliver operational reporting solutions, analyze reporting issues, and enable self-service analytics through Power BI. The role combines reporting solution development, problem solving, and stakeholder engagement, acting as a bridge between business users and central Supply Chain Management analytics teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and effective reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain operational Power BI reports and dashboards by leveraging existing data products, semantic models, and SQL queries against Databricks tables and views.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
- Investigate reporting and data issues, identify root causes, resolve where appropriate, and collaborate with the Supply Chain Intelligence and Data Domain teams on global capabilities issues.
- Manage reporting demand by triaging requests, prioritizing work, and coordinating the delivery of reporting solutions.
- Support and enable the Power User community by providing technical guidance, promoting self-service analytics, and driving reporting best practices.
- Drive continuous improvements to reporting solutions, data quality, report performance, and Power BI governance across Supply Planning operational teams.
- Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and adoption of new and enhanced reporting solutions.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reporting solutions, including DAX, data modelling, and performance optimization for operational reporting.
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing data from Databricks or similar cloud-based data platforms.
- Ability to investigate reporting issues and ensure data accuracy.
- Ability to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into practical, scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including identifying root causes and determining appropriate resolutions or escalation paths.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and the Power User community.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, supporting UAT, and driving adoption of new reporting capabilities.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- Four-year degree from college or university required, with emphasis in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or Information Systems preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or a related analytical role.
- Hands-on experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards, including DAX.
- Experience writing SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from enterprise data platforms such as Databricks.
- Experience with Python is an advantage.
- Understanding of supply chain planning processes and ERP systems such as SAP or SAP IBP is preferred.
