Key Responsibilities
Brand Responsibilities
- Provide the Finance Director and Brand team with timely analysis of brand performance and marketing expense, including key franchises.
- Provide financial performance insights through scenario and sensitivity analysis at category or article level.
- Perform go-in margin analysis and modelling in collaboration with MOPs and Demand Planning.
- Use PVM analysis to understand category performance, identify risks and opportunities, and assess margin impact.
- Partner with the Brand Head on annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and marketing spend accuracy.
- Collaborate with the brand team and SEA FP&A on regular marketing expense reporting and analysis.
- Assess the commercial effectiveness of SWB investments and their impact on markdowns and margins.
- Perform ROI analysis on marketing spend to support brand investment decisions.
- Develop reporting tools and enhance reporting capabilities for category management.
- Plan and control Brand team OOH expenses, including PEX and travel and entertainment.
- Align the IBP, Inventory Forecast and Buy Review, and RFC processes with country, SEA Demand Planning, Brand, and Sales teams.
- Liaise with NTP and support negotiations on marketing spend.
- Support ad hoc Demand Planning and Brand reporting and analysis.
FP&A Responsibilities
- Share responsibility for consolidating regular FP&A reporting and ensuring accurate, timely submissions.
- Analyze forecast and actual results to provide insights for FP&A reporting.
- Share responsibility for preparing standard Finance slides.
- Manage channel and corporate overhead details, including phasing.
- Support development of tier 1 and tier 2 reports and dashboards for performance tracking and decision-making.

Finance Director, Brand team, Country SLT, cross-functional teams, Finance peers in the country, SEA, APAC and Global, SEA Demand Planning Team, and GBS.
Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities
- Strong commercial and business acumen with prior brand or category finance experience.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to leverage data to unlock insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders across global, regional, country, and cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when working to strict reporting deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize requests.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. MS 365 Copilot knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, and MicroStrategy is a plus.
Education and Experience
- University degree or above.
- Membership in an internationally recognized professional accounting body is preferred.
- At least 7 years of broad-based finance experience with progressive responsibility in leading retail or FMCG companies.
